How Can You Help?

Volunteering is one of the most rewarding "jobs" imaginable. It is not always easy but if you are willing to dedicate even a small amount of time to these dogs, you will understand why we love volunteering so much.

Please take a look below at just a few of the many volunteer opportunities:


Foster Home - This is hands down the greatest thing you can do for the dogs. Nothing says love like sharing your home.

Temporary Foster - Can't commit to full time foster? How about fostering for a week or just a weekend.We work together to allow each foster parent flexibility while sharing their home with a foster dog. Anything from an overnight stay to a week to puppy day care!

Training and Education - Whether you like to teach dogs or humans, there is a way you can help the Rotties.

Application Processing - Each applicant is thoroughly screened. Can you help us make the phone calls?

Homechecks - Each potential home is physically inspected to ensure a safe and loving home is waiting for our renewed Rottie. Can you visit with potential adoptive parents and help prepare them for the new family member?

Transports - Rotties need to go and visit their vets, meet foster parents and then their new family. Could you help a Rottie get there?

Events - Do you like to meet people and attend animal geared events? You do? Well so do our Rotties!! We go to everything from parades to agility trials. Wouldn't you love to make a date with one of our rescue Rotties and make a day of it?! Take a look at our Photo Galleries to see some of the fun we have!

Marketing - Do you have a flare for graphics, design, or advertising? We could use your help!

Fundraising - Do you have ideas for great fundraisers or experience writing grants? The Rescue Rotties would love to have you on their side.
