My name is Shelby. I am a very sweet and loveable girl, I am still currently living with my parents but they have recently had a baby and my new baby sister is allergic to me so the rescue has agreed to help to rehome me.  I am up to date on all of my shots, on flea and tick control and heartworm preventative, I am spayed and housebroken.  I get along really well with other dogs and love to play with kids. My family is just heartbroken about this but they have to to what is right for everyone.  I love to play with my favorite red bone which I have had since they originally adopted me. I also love to go for long walks, I am very well behaved on the leash, I also love to go bye-bye in the car. I have not had a lot of exposure to cats, but I do not have any problems with small dogs as I do not not have prey drive so cats probably would not be a problem for me.

I am currently still in the Raleigh area, but I am packed and ready to travel to my new forever home.
