They call me SMILEY ! I smile when I meet You :-)

My name is Smiley and I'm a 3 year old Red Red Nose American Pit Bull Terrier. I was extremely underweight when Animal Control picked me up. I was scared and didn't understand why they were poking at me and stabbing me with sharp things, but these nice people came to take me to their rescue. They gave me a nice place to sleep inside and gave me lots of food. I felt safe with them and gave them lots of kisses and sat in their laps.
Now I have almost doubled my weight. I look like a brand new dog and feel like one too! I love to play and have even made some friends here, but I would probably be most comfortable if I am an only dog. I am very friendly and love all people. My tail never stops wagging. Speaking of my tail it will have to be amputated because of an injury from when I was a stray and the people at the rescue say I already have an appointment for that. I am uptodate on my shots, I don't have heartworms, and I have been dewormed and have been microchipped. I am also crate trained and housebroken and I can walk on a leash. The world is so new and exciting to me and I love to explore new things. I want a person of my very own so I have someone to explore the world with. I am so lucky the rescue decided to give me a second chance at life, Now if someone would just give me a chance and give me a great first home, I would promise to be loyal and loving for the rest of my life to you.
